Fitness & health disclaimer
FitVibe provides general fitness and wellness information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have any health concerns. FitVibe and its AI Coach do not diagnose conditions or claim to treat or cure any disease.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and are responsible for all activity under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use FitVibe.
2. Subscriptions & payments
- Subscription prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and billed monthly unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed via mobile money or card through our payment gateway. You approve each payment directly on your phone or card provider — FitVibe never asks for your PIN.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Prices and plan features may change; we'll show the current price before you subscribe or renew.
3. Trainer marketplace & bookings
Trainers on FitVibe are independent professionals, not FitVibe employees. We verify trainer applications before they appear publicly, but FitVibe is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any session between you and a trainer. A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds; the trainer may confirm or decline your request. FitVibe retains a service commission from each paid booking, disclosed to trainers in their dashboard.
4. Community & content
You're responsible for what you post, message, or review on FitVibe. Don't post content that is abusive, false, or infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use FitVibe for any unlawful purpose, or to harass another user or trainer.
- Attempt to access another user's account or private data.
- Submit fake reviews or manipulate challenge leaderboards.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell FitVibe's content or platform.
6. Cancellation & account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your profile, progress history, and messages, and cannot be undone. It does not automatically refund an already-paid, unused subscription period.
7. Limitation of liability
FitVibe is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitVibe is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of workouts, meal guidance, AI Coach output, or a trainer session booked through the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
